Returns and Exchange Policy of Mickkay G Apparel
Mickkay G apparel has a strict return policy, by placing an order with us via any of our channels, it is deemed that you have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions.
Mickkay G apparel will not be liable for a customer being unaware of our return and exchange policy.
How to Log a Return:
Send us an email to sales@mickkaygonline.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
Once your request is approved you will receive details and shipping guidelines.
What items can be returned:
Items must be in original packaging with all tags still attached in original condition.
Items must be unused, unwashed, no make up stains, no dirt marks etc.
Any damaged item that has signs of wear, been washed, tags removed, pet hair or makeup marks on it will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the client’s expense.
All stitches in the item must be intact.
Items that cannot be returned:
Pre-ordered items
Gift cards or store credits
Mystery bags
Swimwear
Lingerie
Face masks
Custom Orders
How long do you have to return the item?
7 days from the day of receiving the item
Refund options:
We can refund you with a store credit
Refund to your original payment method
We will not refund in the event you have used Payflex, Mobi-cred or any store accounts.
Refunds will be done within 14 days
Who is responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item to Mickkay G Apparel?
If you wish to refund an item the shipping cost is for the client to cover.
We only accept two different methods:
- Delivery via a COURIER
- Delivery via PEP PAXI
Please follow address instructions and details on the email received after your return/exchange is approved.
What will be refunded?
We will refund to the value of the items on sale at the price you paid for them at the time of purchase.
If you qualified for Free delivery on your order, the regular shipping cost for your area will be deducted from your total amount refundable.
Mickkay G apparel International Shipping.
There is no free delivery on international orders and shipping durations may vary depending on the country you order from which is also calculated at check out.
All Vat and duties are the responsibility of the client, if you are experiencing delays or any complications with your international delivery please contact the shipping carrier with the shipping information you are supplied.
Mickkay G is not responsible for any lost packages while on route to the client.
Mickkay G reserves the rights to cancel and refund an order at any time for any reason.
It is the duty of the customer/client to familiarise themselves with the Mickkay G Apparel Returns and Exchange policy before placing an order. Mickkay G apparel will not be liable for a customer/client being unaware of our Return and Exchange policy.
